This match is a UEFA Europa League Match.

ASC --> Venus in Taurus in 7th (In domicile sign and house)
DSC --> Mars in Capricorn in 3rd (In exalted sign and average house)

ASC ruler is stronger. Arsene Wenger sits in the 8th house, so we can assign Arsenal to the DSC team, but as the game progresses, the rulers change.

Tough call this match. Perhaps CSKA have the advantage.

Venus in Taurus in the 7th house is a very strong aspect. No only is Venus in it's own sign and house, it is also in the opponents house; which shows control over the DSC team.

I give you this analysis, and Arsenal will probably win 3-0 or something

Considering the asteroid Arsene Wenger was very close to Venus; I guess you can consider them to be the Venus team; looking back retrospectively.
