Sorry if this is overly complicated.
Question for anyone interested:
Is your nodal axis conjunct or square to any natal midpoints?
If so, have you noticed that the planets involved in those midpoints are especially prominent in your relationships?
For example, my NN = Venus/Uranus midpoint
The orb is a bit wide, but my Venus/Uranus synastry with my husband is strong: we have a double whammy with all planets aspecting each other:
7 Leo, his Uranus 6 Virgo, his Venus 6 Scorpio, my Uranus 6 Sag, my Venus
Just wondering if that's significant and maybe others have the same thing (?)

Will take a look at mine and see what it brings up

I have the following: NN conjunct Moon/Jupiter NN opposite Sun/Venus My NN at Scorpio 4'53 degrees. So my Moon (24 virgo) and Jupiter (13 sag) are involved? With my current partner; my Moon is trine to SO Mercury, Mars and Neptune; square Venus and ASC. my Jupiter is square SO Moon. I guess there is a connection

My SO has:
NN = Uranus/ASC (square) NN = Venus/Uranus (opposite)
SO ASC is trine my Venus/Mars, square my Moon SO Uranus is conjunct my Uranus, square my ASC

Thanks sven555, Are there any connections between your & your SO's natal nodal midpoints & the composite? "So my Moon (24 virgo) and Jupiter (13 sag) are involved?" I think so. Tinkering with theories here.

I think I understand you StarVegaI have Uranus/ASC square natally She has Moon/Jupiter sextile natally and I believe both our NN's aspect them both too I'll check the composite tomorrow and post my findings

Not sure I'm doing this right, but my NN is conjunct my MC, and widely conjuncts my Moon/pluto mpt (2+ deg). NN also squares my Sun/moon midpt and my BML. (I also thought I would add that my venus is quindecile my nn)
My husband has a tight moon pluto trine. His aspects to my sun are: moon widely sextile (5+ deg), neptune widely trine (5+ deg), saturn square (3 deg) and pluto opposite (4+ deg). Our composite sun is square my natal venus. And, our composite Asc is conjunct my otherwise, unaspected (by him) moon. Edited to add that his mars is conjunct my MC.
My husbands nn= Moon/pluto and moon/mc mdpts and squares his saturn/uranus mdpt
We both have a wide moon/uranus square which creates a tight moon/uranus square in the composite. I have an Aqua Asc that is quincux my saturn. My sun is in a t-square with saturn and pluto (also squares his saturn and pluto (see above)). His moon is widely conjunct my Asc (5 deg). My sun conjuncts his IC (opposes his MC)

Composite
SO: NN = Uranus/ASC -> ASC sextile Uranus in Composite
Me: NN = Moon/Jupiter -> Wide conjunction
---------------------------
Our composite NN is at 25 Libra.
My Venus conjuncts the SN; SO Venus trine the NN.
But that doesn't include any of the for-mentioned midpoints.

Thanks nightanddaySo you and your husband both have NN = moon/Pluto, and he has moon trine Pluto natally? That's the kind of thing I was curious about. And then, his moon and Pluto both aspect your sun....yeah I was just wondering if we are especially affected by planets whose midpoints land on our nodal axis. And thanks sven555So I guess there are some matches: individual NN midpoint pictures reflected in the composite. I love the Venus-node links you describe above -- so sweet.

I have:
NN: conjunct Moon/MC, square Jupiter/Ceres (0°15), square Saturn/Uranus, conjunct Pluto/Pallas
P has:
NN: opposite Moon/Vesta, square Mercury/Uranus (0°01), opposite Venus/Ceres (0°06), square Jupiter/Pallas, square Ceres/Juno, opposite Vesta/MC, opposite Eros/Psyche
What do I look for now? If we have an aspect individually of these midpoint pairings of the othe rperson? Like if I have a Mercury-Uranus-aspect for instance or him having a Saturn-Uranus-one?
Well he has a Saturn-Uranus-sextile at 3 degrees, as part of a minor triangle with his Venus. I almost have a Mercury-Uranus aspect, but the sextile is 6 degrees and out of sign, so I don´t tend to consider this. I do have Uranus as ruler of the 3rd house (Mercury-symbolism) at the cusp of 11th house (Uranus-symbolism) though.

Yep, exactly as you answered it, thanks. But also wondering about the composite, if it features aspects that echo the individuals' nodal midpoints. Also, whatever seems relevant. -
