Is there a connection between your natal chart and the time you wake up?? For me: - I wake up between 6:30am-7:30am
- I always have done this. Sometimes I don't need alot of sleep or wake up during the night.
- Sun in Taurus, 7th house
- Moon in Virgo, 11th house
- Mercury in Gemini, 8th house
- Venus in Aries, 6th house.
- Mars in Leo, 10th house.
Because I wake up early, it must have something to do with the start of the zodiac, or an eastern influence.
ASC/Sun is sunrise, so maybe my 11th house Moon suggests me waking up just after sunrise? (or when the Sun enters the 11th house of the transit chart)

I love this theory.
Well I have 11H Gemini Mars and the first thing I do each morning is drink coffee and get on my computer.
I go to sleep and wake up at odd hours. Sometimes lately I get insomnia and I don't sleep all night.
My mother used to say that she never needed to put me down for a nap because I would just fall asleep whenever and wherever I was tired. It might have something to do with my vivid dream life. Sometimes I get lost in sleep and have no idea that it's not real. ASC trine Neptune?

Hmm, for me personally I cannot see a theme.
If not setting the alarm clock I tend to sleep long (but then I usually go to bed late on these days), naturally waking up at any time between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.. In everyday life I have to get up at 5 a.m., and this is perfectly manageable for me, too, though not my preferred time. it means I get too little sleep in the night as I cannot bring myself to go to bed at 10 p.m. lol. Usually I get about 5-6 hours sleep these days, but as I said on weekends and holidays, I get much more.
So I don`t think I really have a natural rhythm like that.
The first planet after the ASC, in direction to the MC, is Mars in 12th house just 2 degrees off the ASC and then the next one would be Uranus on the cusp of 11th house. But I cannot see any connection to what I do.

Ok, let's look at the ASC ruler.
So for me, it is Pluto in Scorpio (in 1st house) or Mars in Leo (in 10th house) Both planets are still in the early quadrant of the chart.

I think Virgo personal planets tend to rise early because they know that things need to be done.
My son with Virgo Mars-Saturn in his first house always wakes up early. My husband with three Virgo planets is the same way.
Well my son with Virgo Venus doesn't get up early, he's got Mars trine Neptune and is busy lucid dreaming (he says).

StarVega, Haha, you could be right. One of my friends who is born 3 days before me has only a different moon sign and ASC; but he likes to sleep in when he has nothing to do. However, I have always been able to get up early easily. I think Mars does have something to do with it as well.
