Hello all. So, the point of this thread is applying players' transits for predicting the outcome of a tennis match. As you know, tennis matches are frequently delayed (from minutes to hours or even days in some cases) generally due to weather conditions, and this is problematic for those who use event charts. So, my point is try and see if we can use daily transits to fix that problem. Today's example:
Rome, 20:00 UT. Goffin vs Zverev
Goffin: moon opp Moon (a "GOODBYE moment?"); mercury tri moon; saturn conj moon; pluto opp mercury; neptune tri sun (a "SIXTH SENSE" moment?); neptune squares Venus; jupiter tri sun (another + moment?)
Zverev: sun conj sun (a "WINNING moment"?); mars tri sun; Mercury opp moon; pluto tri mars.
It seems like Zverev has the advantage for today. Althought Goffin has two important "moments" - as I call them -, Moon opp Moon may be a huge loss indicator. Maybe Goffin will be capable of stealing a set.
Prediction: Zverev to win (1-2).

Another example. This stars soon.
Nishikori vs Djokovic
Nishikori: moon opp sun; mercury trine sun; mercury squares venus; saturn conj sun; pluto conj moon; jupiter sext moon;
Djokovic: mars trines sun; venus conj mars; venus squares moon; mercury conj venus; mars sext moon; sun sext moon; neptune squares mercury; uranus sext mars.
Little advantage for Djokovic.
Prediction: Djokovic to win by 1-2.

Wow, both correct scores were right!
Zverev won 2-1 and Djokovic also won 2-1 as predicted! This was really nice.

azif, this is good; perhaps the transits have more effect when it is about an individual rather than a team. Good work so far

Perhaps the key transits to do with tennis are Moon, Mercury and Mars (Timing, Wit and Energy)

Unlike football which requires a different type of energy; Tennis is more about tactics and skill, 'tricking' your opponent.
Energy comes into play the longer the match proceeds.

azif , this is good; perhaps the transits have more effect when it is about an individual rather than a team. Good work so far I do think so. Individual transits may be more "elegant" here. But more work is needed.

Perhaps the key transits to do with tennis are Moon, Mercury and Mars (Timing, Wit and Energy) Humm...I don't know. What about the Sun? Sun opp Sun or Sun opp Moon may be very important indicators. But I don't know, maybe you're right. So far, I prefer to go with all the planets. But I understand your point. Thanks.

azif, just some thoughts; but at the moment, just continue looking at all planets and see if you notice patterns

Hey Sven. Yes, I've noticed some; that's why I called them "X-moment". So far, "if it ain't broke, why fix it" is my motto. I leave here a few examples for tomorrow, considering the above-mentioned methodology (sorry but I don't have the patience to copy them right now...).
Genebra: Fucsovics vs Ramos: Ramos Copil vs Johnson: Johnson
Lyon: Barrere vs Kukushin: Kukushin Fritz vs Ebden: Fritz
There is also (Lyon) Horansky vs Sousa, but this really intrigues me because Horansky seems to have better transits than Sousa, and he is far away of being favourite (odds around 1 to 5). Maybe that's just an indicator of trouble, but, as experimentalism, I will consider Horansky to move forward in the tournament.

So today we got: Fucsovics Johnson Kukushkin Fritz
So 3/4 (Missed Fucsovics vs Ramos)
And... (drums)
Horansky!
So far so good (4/5).
