Sorry to bother you all again, but I wondered if you mind casting your thoughts on this chart? This is my boss.
I am drawn to the North Node being at the apex of that t-square. She became the boss sort of by accident. She is a very good one, but is by nature more of a team player, gentle and funny. Very kind as well, but I'm not sure she likes being in charge as such. She is quite sensitive too. She said to me at the start of my employment that she does not believe in hierarchies as such (although obviously the payscale does haha) and we should feel comfortable to talk about anything with her and each other, regardless of what "band" we are on.
I think most of that is explained by her Scorpio stellium crowding around her IC. I noticed this first of all and suggested she was probably a home-bird at heart- not her childhood one as such but her current, marital one. I think this because her 7H ruler conjuncts the IC and is part of that Scorpio-ness.
Her Virgo ASC is quite apparent in her demeanour. My mum is one and has a scorpio moon and they are quite similar- perhaps why I like my boss so much hehe
It is apparent in the way that she will want to help, be of service but in a practical manner. She has keen intuition and sharp instincts as well.
Her Gem moon is apparent as well in that she either willingly or not will end up doing lots of things at once. Her Virgo ASC perhaps makes her uncomfortable to say no. She is keen book reader. Her CR in Sag in 4th- feels at home in certain foreign countries? I do know that she loves American literature.
I am interested in the grand square and the IC in Scorpio. I should be able to understand the 3rd-4th house stellium as my mum has a similar set up, but its her Moon-Neptune across a Sag IC so similar enough but different enough to almost baffle me.
I get the feeling her childhood might have come with some difficulties but I don't know why I think that. I'm assuming a Scorpio IC would suggest some sort of intense, life changing encounter even if it was objectively minor. Perhaps though that these natives experience childhood as a particularly painful part of life though. Her MC in Taurus is telling as a lot of my colleagues including myself have Taurus moons which span over her 9th and 10th house in synastry.
Her MC in Taurus (ruling the senses) in the 3rd house is an amazingly telling marker for the job that we do (to do with communication and hearing disorders).
Those are my thoughts, but its sometimes more helpful to see what people just looking at the chart without knowing the person can pick up.
Thank you in advance if you're willing to take the time to reply.
