In this chart, we have no Moon/L1, Moon/L7 or Moon/POF.
Mars in 9th vs Venus in 6th.
Mars moves into 8th house during match, Venus stays in 6th for a longer period of time.
Because Mars moves into 8th house, I would be favoured to suggest Tottenham having the advantage.
Tottenham to win 1-2.

Perhaps the chart is suggesting that Tottenham are the "home" side, because they have played their champions league matches there, but also have to decide whether to play their home matches there next season. In this instance, that would make Chelsea stronger imo.  |

Arsenal (red/white) vs Man City (black/yellow) or (sky blue)  Moon/L1 or Moon/L7? --> No. Moon VOC? --> No. Moon next aspect? --> square to Saturn (L5) Moon/POF or Moon/APOF --> No. The POF does sextile the MC/IC which suggests a possible draw. Moon spends more time in the 7th house in this chart, which could help the DSC team. We will have to wait and see what kits the teams come out in.
