Well the draconic is predictive, I believe. I'm still not sure WHY, except that it is geared around the moon's nodes, and therefore, perhaps it's a little more personal and "up close" than the tropical zodiac that's geared around the sun. I don't look at astrology that way, I guess? I look at what's happening and marvel that it's happening. He's already separated himself from the pack, that happened naturally. And I always assume, there are strong reasons for that...when one person stands out.
